I am a public health executive, trainer, consultant, coach & anti-racist student/practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in health & social justice issues. I specialize in topics of sexual & reproductive health including sex education, abortion, HIV/AIDS, and sexual & gender identity.
As a consultant, I engage clients in achieving their goals in employee & board engagement, organizational development, community mobilization, & results-oriented communication.
I excel in the design & facilitation of evidence based curricula & research based training designs, as well as the creation & implementation of strategic vision, change management, & equity initiatives.
As a life coach, I co-create grounding & growth with cis women & LGBTQ2IA+ folx to unpack, discuss & navigate life in all its ups & downs towards their ultimate fulfillment in work, family, relationships & fun. I guide them in understanding their brain, & to access their power to live the life they want to live. I specialize in navigating sexual &/or reproductive health decision making.
No matter as a consultant or coach, I work hard to hold space that is intentional, inclusive, and trauma-informed. I engage my clients & coachees with empathy & integrity to foster authentic engagement with teams & individuals to achieve sustainable outcomes & full potential.
