Hey There, I'm Jenn! (pronouns: she/her)

 I love supporting others in their self-discoveries, witnessing their “light bulb” moments, & honoring the vulnerability, humility, & compassion that accompanies action & growth.

I grew up in Connecticut, went to undergrad in North Carolina & moved to New York City for grad school 10 years later. I then found myself in Washington, DC, back up north to Boston, MA, and finally to a little village in Connecticut - right back where I was born & raised, to this native land of the Tunxis, Mohican & Wappinger peoples.

Along the way, I navigated marriage & divorce, owned & sold a home, endured the deaths of an unfortunate number of loved ones, left Catholicism for Humanism/atheism, traveled, dedicated my life to my 25-year career & the hierarchy hustle. 

I lost & found myself in the whole process.

I know what it's like to be burned out.

 Depressed. Anxious. Grief ridden.

With the help of therapy, medication, & coaching:

I've also found my way.

My power. 

A caring & appreciation for myself.

 I have processed deep emotions & continue to ground, learn & grow. I have access to joy & laughter no matter what life offers me.

I am a human, a woman, a wife, a sister, 

an auntie, a friend, a kitty mom. 

A leader, a consultant. A team player, a coach.  

I have my own back.
